We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who helps us run the service

These companies may handle data outside your country. They process it only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and statistics

The website does not use advertising cookies. The portal stores your sign-in and settings in your own browser (local storage) so you stay signed in. If we turn on visitor statistics (Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), the site first asks for your permission and loads nothing unless you accept.

How long we keep it

We keep your records while you are a student and for up to two years after your last lesson, so you can come back and pick up where you left off. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it. Ask us at any time and we will delete your account sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Students can change their own details in the portal under Settings. For anything else, message Hadi on WhatsApp at +961 76 957 495. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Children

Students under 16 need a parent or guardian to sign up and to agree to this policy for them.

Changes

If this policy changes in an important way, we will tell students in the portal. The date at the top shows the latest version.
